How to find the good website directory?


I want to promote my site with directories, I am looking for some good list of high PR directories but I am not able to find much directories. I want to know how to find good website directories for my site promotion, also let me know how many submissions I can do in a day?

If you want to find the good website directory, you must go through Google. Just type free link directory list you will lots of good list of websites with page rank. You can do 20-30 submission each day but check all directories must be good and not banned in Google.
