main difference between no follow links and do follow links is...
"Do follow = Google can crawl the link after that consider as a backlink.
No follow = Google never crawl the site, we cant get the backlink form the sites.. but both are best for increase the website traffic & business"

You may right to get real back links from both NoFollow and DoFollow and it will be very useful to get real traffic to your websites.

There is nothing like do follow links... if there is a link then search engines will crawl it but if you add rel="nofollow" attribute in the link then crawler will ignore that link. However I don't think there is any harm in getting no follow backlinks also.

What I know about these two is dofollow is followed by search engines while nofollow is not followed by search engines...

Actually only Google cares about dofollow or nofollow,I think

Dofollow links are followed while nofollow links are not followed, it is the main difference, however, dofollow links are very beneficial for webmasters, link builders.
