What are the benefits of buying a domain name and what are the things that should be taken care while buying it.



For me, its really cheap and if I can get 100 visitors per day then also I will be able to get a lot more than I would have spent on it.

I don't really understand your question, do you mean what should one consider when looking for a registrar? If so:

- Never pay more than $5/year for whois privacy, I believe NameCheap offers it free and it's free at Name.com with coupon code FREEWHOIS
- Make sure the registrar isn't part of a just-for-profit reseller chain. These registrars are usually pretty obvious, their websites look primitive (table layout, lots of stock photography), and they sometimes even use readily available domain registrar HTML/CSS templates
- Google them with a few keywords like "(registrar name) reviews", "(registrar name) scam", and "(registrar name) is awesome" just to see what comes up
- If you plan on buying lots of domain names, buy one first just to make sure you like the registrar, then buy the rest once you're confident.

If you want my personal recommendation, I think Name.com is one of the best registrars out there. Their panel is nice, their support rocks, and they have an affiliate program which you can use to make some money if you have decent marketing skills or a high traffic webmaster-related site.

Well first of all the benefits are creditability, second it looks way cooler with a .com then .something.com , third the domain is very useful.
What I look when I am buying a domain is the name it should be short but attractive second I look for cheap domains and the possibilities to spend less money on it.
That's it I mean what else can you say about domains oh wait yeah if you don't have money go for the .tk they have now the option to add your nameservers so its in my opinion the best free domain

If the domain name is catchy and you think that you can get a good amount by selling it, then buy it.

If the domain name is a high paying keyword and can generate good revenue, then buy it.

Just because you liked a name and it sounds good, don't buy it.

Domain and Internet Marketing should be treated as a business and money should be invested with proper care.

I try to get rare ones and keep them. I frequent the recently deleted domains list and keep money in my Namecheap account. I used to just register whatever was available even though it wasn't that good for a site I had in mind but now I get a hold of a really nice domain with good keywords, short length, and .com extension.

If you are serious in getting involved with making money online, it is very much an imperative to get hold of your own domain name and not just rely on sub-domains from other service providers which you never have the holding power on. It is just easy and now cheap to own a domain.

By buying a domain you earn many privileges, such as sub-domains for free, your website link is shorter, etc. A domain is cheap and if you know where to buy, it is really cheap.
I am buying domains for 2$/year and 5$ for unlimited host per year.... 7$/year for having as many websites as i want!
I always test the host companies for 1 month or more before making it as my official website host company. If you take it from the wrong website, you can be scammed.
