There are not many free directories that provides DoFollow link and having high PR but there are some social networking sites that provide DoFollow link in the user profile. Check out the list

I have used followlist.com and they have a great list in so many niches. Good part is that if you have a Dofollow blog, u can list it there and enjoy a DoFollow link from a high PR website.
