I have heard that its like using a software to steal others content and use it on your own website for content.
Am I correct? and is it ethical and legal?

I am also interested knowing more about Auto Blogging? What is it exactly? I have heard that many guys earn Adsense Income with auto blogging? Is it possible..

If anyone knows more about it it will be really helpful.
